The year was 1996 and I’d just seen what was possible with two turntables and a mixer. That’s all it took - there was no looking back.

I went all-in on becoming the best DJ I could possibly be.

DJing has been my life. It’s taken me on world-wide travels, introduced me to lifelong friends and opened my eyes and my ears to so much more.​

Having started out with nothing more than some old belt driven turntables and a dual input amplifier, I learnt to mix on the simplest of equipment. In the years since, I’ve evolved with the industry and embraced technology while still maintaining a fundamental love of DJ'ing in it's most raw and basic form - on vinyl.

My skills have been developed playing house parties, pubs, clubs, & music festivals - both locally and internationally. I have been privileged to share a stage with some of the best in the business. Artists such as Hermitude, Resin Dogs, DJ Moneyshot, DJ Premier, Chali 2na, Roots Manuva, Stereo MC's, Mark Rae, Nile Rodgers, DJ Vadim & Yarah Bravo are just some of the highlights.

Of all the skills developed over those 20 plus years, there is one thing that has been more instrumental in my success than any other, and that’s the ability to read a crowd. A good DJ isn't there for ego, a good DJ makes it about you, the audience.
If you’re out on that dance floor cutting the rug with a grin from ear to ear, then I’ve done exactly what I came to do.

It certainly has been an amazing experience. I'm forever grateful to Music, for all of the opportunities that have come my way and am stoked to find out where the music will take me and how my story continues.
